{"id":105,"date":"2004-01-28T00:11:45","date_gmt":"2004-01-28T08:11:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/root\/?p=105"},"modified":"2007-03-18T09:08:19","modified_gmt":"2007-03-18T17:08:19","slug":"points-in-no-particular-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaelhoke.name\/oldblog\/2004\/01\/28\/points-in-no-particular-order\/","title":{"rendered":"Points in no particular order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nThings not to be happy about:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>My dear friend B&#8212; moving to Italy this week.<\/li>\n<li>Ice storms.<\/li>\n<li>The zipper on my coat breaking&hellip;and we&#8217;re having ice storms.<\/li>\n<li>Joining <a href=\"http:\/\/www.friendster.com\">Friendster<\/a>, and having precisely two friends.<\/li>\n<li>Having to move&hellip;and then having to move again in six months.<\/li>\n<li>Not getting to talk to my sister on her birthday (happy birthday, Suzie!!), mostly due to my own incompetence.<\/li>\n<li>Everything else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThings to be happy about:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&hellip;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThings of no importance either way:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I added a link to my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mindofwinter.org\/\">poetry group&#8217;s website<\/a> to my menu.<\/li>\n<li>I updated the photos link on the menu to point to my new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/\">photo galleries<\/a> area.<\/li>\n<li>I actually put a few photos in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/\">photo galleries<\/a>, including shots from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/v\/events_and_trips\/2003-12-31_Vitts_Wedding\/\">Gavin&#8217;s wedding<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/v\/places\/colorado_springs\/garden_of_the_gods\/\">Garden of the Gods<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/v\/Hoke_Family\/\">holidays with the family<\/a>, and some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jokeofalltrades.com\/gallery2\/v\/places\/colorado_springs\/public_art\/\">public art installations in Colorado Springs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>I fixed the color selector so it works now.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m reading Baudelaire now, even a bit in French. Good stuff, that is.
